The Dallas Cowboys will cut at least four players from the 2011 roster. This list will include wide receiver Roy Williams, running back Marion Barber, guard Leonard Davis, and kicker Kris Brown.

The aim of the recent restructuring of the Cowboys roster is to keep the total team salary under the 2011 salary cap. Total savings from surrendering Williams, Barber and Davis will come to $15.7 million. Good news for Dallas, as they were estimated to be about $17 million over the cap.

There have been conflicting reports of a possible release of Marc Colombo. However, there has been no final decision for the offensive tackle.
I think they made the right decision. I mean they are both average NFL Players (Williams and Barber) but I do not think they deserved the amount of money that they were getting and cutting them also freed up their cap room quite a bit.
