Cowboys DL Brent arrested for intoxicated manslaughter, practice squad member killed in crash

[background=transparent]Cowboys DL Josh Brent was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of intoxicated manslaughter.[/background]
[background=transparent]Teammate and practice squad OLB Jerry Brown was killed in the crash as the passenger in Brent's car. Brent reportedly was traveling at a high rate of speed then hit a curb and flipped his car. Brent was immediately taken to the hospital to have his blood drawn on the suspicion that alcohol was involved. A[background=transparent]fter Brown was pronounced dead, Brent was then booked in Irving (TX) County [/background]jail[background=transparent] at 4:14 AM on the charges. He did not travel with the team to Cincinnati.
