im pretty sure its because we lost 3rd round pick kevin thomas to injury.

either way, dont love the signing, but it will be nice to have some experience in our secondary.

He was a starter for 8 years, and 2 Super Bowl teams and will be a solid nickelback, as for Keiwan Ratliff I got the wrong news haha, I read somewhere he signed before Training Camp and I was like ok cool. Turns out he never signed in the first place so that's why I said that.

Townsend is a fine signing. I am not mad at all. He's got a good amount of experience that he can bring to our defense, he's not gonna wow anybody anymore but he can be solid if needed for depth purposes. I am happy with it.
