Cloudy Grunge Background

1. Filter>clouds
2. Use some grungy brushes on it (not too much)
3. Duplicate Layer
4. Gaussian Blur (I like to use about 4.2)
5. Change layer mode to Overlay
6. And if you want add some extra things (like default ps shapes) and change mode to overlay/soft light.
7. Then you can change the colors to your liking and add some text
