Brandon Ingram: 17.0ppg 6.8rpg 1.9apg 1.1spg 1.5bpg 46%FG 41%3P

Ben Simmons: 19.4ppg 12.0rpg 5.0apg 1.8spg 0.9bpg 56.1%FG

Why Ben Simmons?
-passing
-fluid athlete
-team player

Why Brandon Ingram?
-younger
-better shooter
-wingspan

I think if the 76ers get the first pick, they'd get Ingram because of his shooting ability.

Lakers would take Ben Simmons because he was D'Angelo's teammate in High School.

Celtics would take Simmons too because they need better inside scoring.

Who should be #1?

Simmons... And it's not even close. Any team that has the 1st pick in the draft is taking Simmons. Period.

Yeah Simmons has crazy upside

And there's a big question mark on Ingram as to whether he can fill out/add the strength needed to play as more than just a shooter in the NBA

The only way Simmons doesn't go #1, regardless of who wins the lotto, is if he breaks his leg sometime between now and the draft, and honestly someone still might take him 1st and wait on him if that was the case. He's seen as a can't miss prospect

And the age difference is hardly relevant it's a difference of like 13 and a half months

Simmons can literally do it all... Dribble, pass, defend, rebound, take it inside, take it outside (weakest area), but you get the picture.

If the 76ers keep Noel and Embiid, they should go for Ingram.

Because Dario Saric is coming next year, and no way they can fit altogether.

No, when you have the #1 pick you take the best player. Simmons > Ingram, and fwiw Simmons > Saric

Draft another big who can't shoot.

They need to be relevant ASAP.

And Sam Hinkie knows it or he'll lose his job.

They draft on best player available anyways, and it's no secret their open to moving at least one of their current big men. They could flip Saric or Okafor and get a guard or wing and fill their needs that way. Nerlens - Simmons front court would be pretty fun to watch, they could run for days

I made polls on previous threads. No one seemed to answer.

Ben Simmons could literally die in a car accident the day before the draft and he will still be picked #1

Ben Simmons is seen as a potentially franchise changing player. If the 76ers passed up on him, they'd never hear the end of it

Am I the only one taking Ingram?

Three point shooting is so important in today's NBA.
