The Red Sox. Seriously. They came into the season with a lot of hype, yet are only four games over .500.

The Red Sox. Seriously. They came into the season with a lot of hype, yet are only four games over .500.
They're still only two games back of the Yankees, so if anything then the Yankees would be a disappointment too, teams are better than they've been so you shouldn't expect 100 wins from anyone IMO.

Hanley Ramirez and the Twins.
Twins are definitely the biggest disappointment in baseball, but like you said, Hanley is helping so little, it's scary to see how much better they would be with him at top form.
