Of all-time, USC.
Recently, probably Miami.

Man.. This is a tough question answer because I don't know what time range you are talking.

Texas has put a lot of guys into the NFL as well, but teams like Miami and USC stand out for sure.

The amount of talent the Hurricanes have churned is ridiculous. Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Edgerrin James, Frank Gore, Willis McGahee, Clinton Portis, Michael Irvin, Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Santana Moss, Jeremy Shockey, Kellen Winslow II, Warren Sapp, Vince Wilfork, Jon Beason, Jonathan Vilma, Sean Taylor (RIP), Kenny Phillips, Antrel Rolle, Brandon Meriweather, Devin Hester.

That's all just recent guys too. Imagine making an NFL team out of Miami graduates, holy hell.

The Hurricanes hold the record for most players selected in the first round in a single draft (6, in 2004), most first-round draft picks in a two-year period (11, from 2003 to 2004), most first-round draft picks in a three-year period (15, from 2002 through 2004), and most first-round picks in a four-year period (19, from 2001 through 2004). For a 14-year period, from 1994 through 2008, Miami had at least one player selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. The Hurricanes also hold an active streak of 136 consecutive regular season weeks where a former Miami Hurricane has scored a touchdown in an NFL game; the streak started in Week 15 of the 2002 NFL regular season and is current through Week 14 of the 2010 NFL regular season. The Miami Hurricanes are also 10th overall on the NFL's all-time number of draft picks with 299. Since 1999, Miami has had 33 players selected in the first round. The most in that time span.

This is just impressive -- no other way to put it.

That 2001 Miami team was a thing of beauty assembled on a football field.

THE U.

USC would be there, but soooo many of their players that get drafted high turn out as busts. So that brings them down.

Texas over Michigan, maybe.

I'd say that is about right though.
Michigan over Texas no doubt in my mind. Braylon Edwards, Anthony Carter, Charles Woodson, Jake Long, Jon Runyan, SUPER BOWL MVP DESMOND HOWARD, Dan Dierdorf, Steve Hutchinson, Jim Harbaugh, Tom Brady, Ty Law, Marlin Jackson, LaMarr Woodley, George Allen, Crazy Legs Hirsch, Steve Breaston, Leon Hall, Cato June (Pro Bowler), David Harris, and Jason Avant. Just a few to name, and 7 Hall of Famers.
