Reporting from Las Vegas -- Talks between the Clippers and free-agent guard Allen Iverson have been characterized as "very serious," according a source close to Iverson who was not authorized to speak publicly about the negotiations.

The Clippers have long been intrigued by Iverson, having come close to acquiring him in the past.

PG B. Diddy
SG Iverson
SF Thornton
PF Blake Griffin
C Kaman

Gordon as the sixth man. Richardson also off of the bench.

They may make a push at the playoffs!

They would have to put AI at SG and BDiddy at PG, but thats a sick backcourt.

Idk about playoff push though, I think the Clipps are destined to lose. But they would be extremely exciting to watch, especially if Baron can stay healthy.

I really thought the Clips had a playoff line-up last year, they do again this year, sick line-up but will AI fit with the Clips?

Well they got rid of a ball hog in Randolph, why not bring in a different one.

They don't need a SG like Iverson, they need a Hamilton/R. Allen type, who moves without the ball and scores off of catch and shoots.
