I'm not saying they will snag him at 15, personally I see them trading down to a team like the Giants or someone and they take Pouncey or Ingram.

No they aren't, it's only a one year deal. That says "we're willing to take a risk on you, but we don't want to be stuck with you for two or three years if this doesn't work out." Here's who the Saints have visited with or attended prodays for.
