We will be starting our 6th annual SI player rankings.

Don't be afraid to share your opinion, whether it's a popular one or not.  We will once again be going 10 spots deep at all 5 positions.

Please remember these two things, please vote on the polls and vote for the best player, don't be a homer.  Most of the polls will be open 24 hours, but if the first place vote getter gets 5 or more votes than the second vote getter than I will close the thread if I'm around.

Remember, this is based on who is currently the best player, not who has the potential to be the best.  Who would you take today?

I still think CP3 should be in consideration for #2.  I'm not sure who I would want to vote for.

Westbrook easily imo, Paul is a better true PG but as an overall player, Westbrook is better

I think CP3's overall control of the game and his saviness defensively makes this a conversation worth having.

I love CP3 but for me this is Russ, definitely not by a ton but not incredibly close either

I might still rather have Wall I think. Better defender and makes better decisions, it's really close though

Yea he's great at scoring for himself, his shot selection still isn't very good. But his defense looked better even if it was for only 4-5 games

Hes not being ridiculous. Wall was ahead of him before these playoffs. Now its very close bc kyrie showed he can defend when he wants to. Wall is still a better overall PG tho. Kyrie is a better scorer

Wall is clearly #6 to me.

It should go Steph, Russ, CP3, Kyrie, Dame, Wall, Lowry -- and then the debating starts at #8

Give me Wall over Dame. The thing is Wall is a solid defender, the other two aren't and that makes this really close
