It is time to vote for the top 5 players at every position. Alot has changed in the last season so this should make for great discussion. Please try and vote for the best player and don't be a homer! I'll leave the polls open for about a day or so and after that we'll carry on to the #2 PG and so on. I will add more players as we go since you can only add 20 at a time.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best

2012 TOP 5 PG RANKINGS
1) Chris Paul
2) Deron Williams
3) Rajon Rondo
4) Derrick Rose
5)

2011 TOP 5 PG RANKINGS
1) Chris Paul
2) Deron Williams
3) Derrick Rose
4) Rajon Rondo
5) Steve Nash

I'll go ahead and take Tony Parker.

Russy. I was contemplated to be a troll and vote for Lin though.

Going by that, I guess I would go with Westbrook. He's the best overall player that plays the point guard position on this list, but going by the true definition of a point guard, I would go with Parker or maybe even Nash here. I'm not sure where to go.

I just think Parker is the better player.

Westbrook has his flaws, but I won't deny that he's a good player. He puts up better numbers than Parker, but I just think Parker does more during the course of the game (or less, depending on which way you wanna look at it) that contributes to his team winning.

Might not be prototypical, but it is extremely hard to vote against Westbrook.
