We will be starting our 3rd annual SI player rankings. The first year we did this it sparked great debate, I'm hoping to get back to that this year. Unfortunately last year I did not finish the rankings for whatever reason, but this year we need to all make it a goal to finish them. We'll be going 10 deep this year.

Remember these two things, please vote on the polls and vote for the best player, don't be a homer. I will leave the polls open at my own discretion. Most will be open 24 hours, but if there is one where it's a clear runaway then there is no point in delaying the voting.

Remember, this is based on who is currently the best player, not who has the potential to be the best.

We fucked up btw. John Wall wasn't in the PG voting I believe. He played half of the year.

Also, why the fuck is Gordon Hayward and Gerald Wallace on this list, but not Jeff Green?

I'm putting Green with the PF's.

He's not a PF, but whatever. He probably has a better chance at being voted higher as a PF, anyways

According to 82games he played more minutes at PF than SF, and that's what I go by to avoid confusion.

Yeah, I can understand that I guess. We played small ball alot last year, with KG at C, Pierce and Green at F, and Bradley/Lee at the guards

This coming year, I'd expect Green to play SF around 70-80% of his minutes

Agreed. It's a little tricky though, I'm putting KG with the PF's as well even when he played pretty much all of his minutes at C.
