Anything less than a Finals appearance is a disappointment, but I still wouldn’t say I’m wrong. He’s on an excellent team that went to game 7 in the ECF last year and is now adding two all stars in addition to the development of the players that lead them that far. He also has the best coach in the league in a conference that just lost the best player in the world. Sometimes guys just get lucky and end up in the perfect situations. This team wouldn’t fare any differently next year if they had Dame at the helm instead of Kyrie
