Has anybody really emerged as a front-runner so far? I'd say if the season ended today, Giannis would probably win it, but I wouldn't bet on him if I had to pick somebody to win it in April (or July when they actually announce who wins lol)
 
LeBron is the third favorite in Vegas right now behind Giannis and AD. He's definitely in the discussion.
