Xavier Rhodes is fucking awesome

Also, Tony Romo just threw a shot at Dez in the Packers/Bengals broadcast. "Guys like to stretch the ball out to try get in the endzone. We're always telling them, 'you don't have to score on this play. The ball is the most important thing.'"

Today was an overall shit show. Nobody on the team came to play.
I imagine the excuses are gonna continue to roll in, he's not a good QB.

Bortles is still beyond awful though, as is Glennon

I don't know why they refused to even try a run or sneak. They were begging for this result or a turnover

Because they had no timeouts? If they run and don't get it, they either lose the game with the clock running out or lose a down having to spike it

That's a terrible way to lose, but the refs didn't do anything wrong. It's just an impossible situation where they have to be basically perfect in the moment, and even then the booth would have probably called for a review giving the Lions an unfair advantage. I don't know what the solution is, but the rule does need to exist

I honestly couldn't see the supposed touch that made him down by contact, but we never had a great view of it

"The momentum will be shifted as they stop them here" literally seconds late Chris Thompson goes for 74 yards. Lol it's so ridiculous

Seriously though, Chris Thompson is one of the most underrated players in the league. I've been saying since last season that they needed to make him more of a focal point on offense. He's the most dynamic playmaker on the team.

The Redskins love to show up on national TV.

Eh the rule was applied correctly, even if it is dumb

The NFL needs to give out an unprecedented suspension to Danny Trevathan. I'm talking 6 games or more. That is the most egregious intentional helmet to helmet hit we have seen in years. I never would have expected that of him. That hit made every single Vontaze Burfict hit look tame. Not since James Harrison's hit on Massaquio have we seen a helmet to helmet hit so obviously intentional.

Someone is going to become paralyzed if they don't do something.
