Quite the roller coaster week with Stork.

He was mulling retirement, so I doubt he would have been fully committed anyways.

Serious question, is your guys teams super transparent about injuries or no?
Cause Caldwell and the Lions are so fucking annoying about it. Ebron got injured weeks ago, and we still don't know much at all about it. And they treat this the same way with every guy. We drafted a LS who suffered a shoulder injury and it was reported he is having surgery and will go to the IR, although he played the entire game the other night. Caldwell said he wont comment on the injury. The dude keeps literally every injury secretive and its fucking annoying as hell. Can't stand it.

The Panthers really gave us a 4th rounder for a punter

The Browns are fantastic at getting draft picks. Too bad they blow nearly all of them.

Dan why was Mingo so bad for you guys?

I loved him out of the draft and his first step is so damn quick

I think it's funny how the Titans are releasing all these talented guys who never developed and pinning it on the last GM's inability to draft, and not the fact that the last staff, most of which are still there, suck at developing talent.

Lions cutting Rudock is so fucking dumb. Basically to carry an extra DT that probably wont even see the field. Instead lets get rid of a developmental QB who showed some real skill and keep Orlovsky's garbage ass. If Stafford got hurt Orlovsky wouldn't win us any games more than Rudock. Stupid shit like this is why the Lions will never be taken seriously.
Like you JUST drafted the dude, and he looked pretty solid and progressed each game in the pre-season. Also got rid of all the young WRs that looked really solid as well, only to keep Andre Roberts who had a GARBAGE pre-season.

I don't think cutting Jake Rudock says anything about the Lions

They'll probably end up getting him on the practice squad

Rudock was barely even a draftable prospect, but yeah, he'll be a pretty easy practice squad stash.   No reason to waste a roster spot on a guy that isn't ready to play at the NFL level, and is a lock to clear waivers.

There is a zero percent chance a team claims him because he's not good enough for the 53 man roster

It's more of just Caldwell and his poor judgement. I can't stand him.
