The Tigers need Luis Cessa or David Price, both of whom they traded away, to win tomorrow for them to stay alive. Verlander should be Verlander, but I have a feeling the Tigers, Jays, and O's are all gonna win and send the Tigs home.
 
 
And they could still have to come back to Detroit to play Cleveland on Monday in that scenario, which would suck for both teams.

If home field is decided for the Indians tomorrow, there is a small chance any regular would play on Monday if the Tigers are still playing for something.

Eh, would have been better, but deadly probably isn't the right term to describe it. Bauer has been really average since his hot start to the year, but the upside with him is that his arm is basically robotic, so he can do short rest.

Speaking of robotic, Kluber IS a robot. Why don't they just pitch him all 5 games?

It looks like game 2 for the Indians-Red Sox is going to be on Friday afternoon. But even if it's not the Indians-Red Sox, there will till be some team playing at 12 or 1, because for some stupid reason they have all 4 series' on that day.
 
The MLB is seriously the worst when it comes to marketing and generally just being aware.

Their reluctance to have playoff games on at the same time is odd since they're so big on having all of the games on the last day of the season start at the exact same time.

Not to mention having the last day on football Sunday is a pretty big gaffe on their part.
