Well crap. We lost today and also lost the third pick. I worry about A.J. Green being gone by then.

*prays for Cam Newton each and every night*

I'm hoping it happens. #7 could be possible.

Bengals and Bills ahead, my guess would be one of them takes Cam. Even more likely if Luck decides to stay but I don't think he will.

I'd say Richard Seymour beats the 17th pick...

The Bengals better not take Cam Newton, I do not have enough confidence in him to be an NFL QB. If were going to take a QB it better be one in later rounds. Something to build upon behind Carson Palmer.

I'm thinking the Bills will take a QB, if anyones going to take a chance on Cam Newton it will be the Buffalo Bills.

i have no idea how the draft predictions will pan out but I really hope the Giants trade up into the top 12 to get a MLB. Much needed. That or a RB unless they can figure out how to get Ahmad Bradshaw to stop dropping the ball every game.

Looks like Coughlin is to stay with the Giants.

yeah i knew that before the game even began. I think i cried. Idk i cant quite remember.
As a fan, when you want change and your set on something/doesn't happen, it hurts. I know the feeling, I think they will be all right, though.

yeah but I have like a football boner for Bill Cowher.

I just love the fact that he was the head coach of a Steelers team that had great defense for a few years, as well as having a tough downhill contact RB named Jerome Bettis -- who i compare quite often to Brandon Jacobs.

Thing I like about Cowher is that his team was always hard nosed, always read to play, real physical. He's definitely a good coach. Will be interesting to see where he lands.

Jags at 16, dang I was hoping for a higher pick. Denver at #2 is real interesting. Wonder what they will do. Maybe a CB to replace Champ?

The good: Out of the teams who were in the Top 10 picks in the 2010 Draft, only 3 are still in the Top 10 in 2011 (Buffalo: 9 to 3, Cleveland: 7 to 6, Washington: 4 to 10)

The bad: 6 teams in the Top 10 in the 2011 were .500+ in 2009-10. (Denver, Cincinatti, Arizona, San Fransisco, Tennessee, Dallas)

I've heard numerous times that there MIGHT be a Patriots-Denver trade, where Denver gets the Oakland 1st (17th overall pick) and the Vikings 3rd round pick (which i believe is around the 76th pick), in exchange for the 2 Denver 2nd rounder (34th overall and 46th overall).

New England might include a 2012 5th also, but idk. but i'd love that as a Pats fan.
