His offensive deficiencies stand out more because he's the lead off hitter, he really should be batting 9th but the Tigers don't have anyone else to lead off.

No Inge isn't really that good defensively anymore, but yeah Jackson can't get a free pass. He's such an atrocious hitter at best.

I think it's clear that he's probably not going to repeat that .300 average anytime soon, he's got too many holes in his swing. But having a CF who covers a crap ton of ground is a must in Comerica.
