Bard's not going anywhere. Papelbon moves before Bard.

Yeah the Dice J and Lackey contracts are awful. I don't mind the Beckett one, as long as he can return to his pre-2010 form.
You do know that Beckett has sucked since the 2008 post-season?

Lil late there. And personally IDC Lester and Buchholz are the future of this pitching staff.

Damn that Red Sox lineup looks badass now. They are definitely going to atleast pass the Rays in the division.

UPDATE: ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olney tweeted Saturday that he's heard the Blue Jays have no intention of trading Travis Snider and Kyle Drabek in a package deal for Greinke, and that the two sides are not close to an agreement.

The Red Sox are looking to add a left-handed reliever.

Gordon Edes of ESPN.com tweets that Boston is looking at Brian Fuentes, as well as right-handers Jesse Crain and Matt Guerrier.

Can't wait for the season to get going, Detroit is going to have a good year, I can feel it.

I'd take Chicago and Minny over Detroit this year. Just not enough pitching after Verlander.

Depends if Rick Porcello pitches like he can. Max Scherzer really came alive as the season went on. Galarraga is kind of up and down from game to game.

Yeah, Rick Porcello should be better next year. He was flat out awful in the first half of the year, opposing batters were hitting .324 against him or something like that. He seemed to turn it around in the second half of the year as his ERA was down to 4. Scherzer is a good pitcher and his stuff is absolutely filthy but he has endurance problems and I remember hearing something about his pitching motion being a cause for concern last year during the whole Granderson 3-way thing.

I think Rick Porcello will come back strong with a good year, Justin will do what he always does and Max will have another productive year. I think the Tigers will be fine, but there's no question the Twins and White Sox will be real tough as they always are. Tigers can do it, though!

"The Red Sox have agreed to a two-year, $12MM deal with Bobby Jenks, according to ESPN.com's Buster Olney (on Twitter). Jon Heyman of SI.com first reported (on Twitter) that the sides were closing in on a deal."

Now.. if only we could get a real catcher we would be good..
