It is time to vote for the top 5 players at every position. Alot has changed in the last season so this should make for great discussion. Please try and vote for the best player and don't be a homer! I'll leave the polls open for about a day or so and after that we'll carry on to the #3 PG and so on. I will more than likely add more players as we go since you can only add 20 at a time.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best

2011 TOP 5 PF RANKINGS
1) Dirk Nowitzki
2)
3)
4)
5)

2011 TOP 5 SF RANKINGS
1) Lebron James
2) Kevin Durant
3) Carmelo Anthony
4) Rudy Gay
5) Paul Pierce

2011 TOP 5 SG RANKINGS
1) Dwyane Wade
2) Kobe Bryant
3) Joe Johnson
4) Monta Ellis
5) Eric Gordon

2011 TOP 5 PG RANKINGS
1) Chris Paul
2) Deron Williams
3) Derrick Rose
4) Rajon Rondo
5) Steve Nash

Amar'e.

Even when he was off this past year, he got to the free throw line. Found ways to get points, was pulling down a lot of rebounds consistently, and yeah he's not great defensively but he stepped it up when it mattered most during the season.

It's close though.

I went with Amare because not only did he play great, but he was also a great leader for the Knicks. Those intangibles you just cant measure, he changed the culture of that team and showed them how to win. Its definitely Amare for #2.

For one season I'd take the more polished half court PF then a guy who depends on fast break opportunities for scoring on a terrible team, who plays no defense. It's not a debate even though everyone is enamored by his dunks.

i watched him a lot
he really improved

great rebounder, his jumper is getting more consistent. post moves are above average imo
pau is more polished for sure, pau has the potential to block more shots, but he's meh defensively too

pretty much every one of these good 4's suck at D
Dirk, Amare, Pau, Blake, Love, LMA, ZBo, West, Booz, Bosh are all piss defensively overall

pau was such a bitch in the playoffs man.
before that though, and probably midseason last year, a case could have been made between he and dirk for number 1. im just in love with Blake Griffin as we all know

the real list is probably dirk, pau, amare, blake, Love, LMA, ZBo imo
