well keep in mind that not that many NBA teams have US big men so that may be a problem for some of these teams lol  or do they get to keep their international players as well? 

i think    USA Serbia Lithuania Spain France   are the top 5 in my mind but idk the order cuz I'm not even caught up with who is playing this year or not

i think it's better to start with the defense first and bring the instant offense guys off the bench. When KD and PG get their first rest then u run it through cousins and have kyrie, klay, melo, draymond ready to shoot off of the double teams he'll command. Demar and Harrison better not get...
