Severe underrating of EJ. Considering most defensemen don't come into their primes until their later 20s it's easy to see he's a stud. Saying he's been mediocre is hilarious.
This is the biggest trade since Thornton, couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning.
Avs fleeced the Blues imo. Banking on Stewart to play like he was earlier this season and Shattenkirk to develop, by sending one of the best young d in the league and a conditional first is just insane.
Thought it would be a cool idea if any of you guys are in fantasy leagues or fantasy contests to talk about them all here.

Anaheim Ducks: Perry
Atlanta Thrashers: Ladd

Buffalo Sabres: Myers, this was the hardest to pick. Don't really like anyone on the Sabres.
Calgary Flames: don't like goalie jerseys but Kiprusoff would be an exception here
Carolina Hurricanes: Sutter
Chicago Blackhawks...
Decent draft for the Canes, Austin Levi was a terrible pick though I was praying JR would take Pulkkinen but he had to draft an American from his beloved Plymouth Whalers.
Jeff Skinner
Riley Nash
Justin Faulk
Bobby Sanguinetti
Mark Alt
Danny Biega
Justin Shugg
Austin Levi
I hope Carolina either tries to move up to the #4 or 5 pick or tries to pick up the Boston pick Florida has.
edit: well that was quickly answered.
"Jim Rutherford said it's unlikely Canes will acquire another first-round pick or make any other draft-day move."
