Woj reporting that Kidd doesn't even want to coach anymore, just pursuing the president job. This is amazing

Name aside, who would have thought:

Would rather not be the Head Coach of the Brooklyn Nets, owned by a billionaire; would rather be the President of Basketball Ops of the Milwaukee Bucks

Someone said on twatter that Kidd originally wanted to work in the front office, and asked the question if he had to coach to get their first.

But shit, I'd rather be the President of the Bucks. That's a lot of job security. You da president and shit

The Milwaukee Bucks have yet to interview any candidates for the positions currently held by John Hammond and David Morway, according to sources. The jobs of those two members of the Bucks' front office are not in danger.

The Bucks are only offering a head coaching position to Jason Kidd.

A source indicated that the Bucks met with Kidd on Friday in New York.

The situation should also be resolved within the next 24 hours.

Probably wasn't until this happened. I'd be livid if I were him.

This whole situation is funny to me.

I agree, but the fact the Bucks are talking to Kidd while Drew is technically still the coach is insulting. Not like we heard anything about Drew being fired prior to this.

Plus it is not like it is some excellent coach. It's Kidd. Who hasn't proven much yet.

Why would he ask for a buyout? If he gets fired he gets his whole salary.
