Alright so i'm going to be starting to create sports logos so I am still unsure of how to vector, I know you use the pen tool but how? like im really not good with the pen tool or know much about it lol, any help is appreciated.

For logos, Illustrator is the way to go.

What part of the pen tool do you need help with. I know a good tutorial for curving and <Censored>

like I dont know how to color in stuff lol if that makes sense.

In PS you make your path then right click, and go to fill path all while using the pen tool.

You can also make a selection, then go to edit then fill.
