The arrest of rising sophomore RB LaMichael James on domestic violence charges leaves Oregon's top running back in limbo for the time being. Unless James is completely exonerated by the judicial process, the Ducks' backfield could be a question mark.
However, a big recruit could be stepping into any potential void. At RB, the Ducks might give the ball to four-star recruit Lache Seastrunk.
Many had wondered why Seastrunk would sign with Oregon, given that a 1,500-yard rusher with a similar running style could be ahead of him for potentially another three years. Now we can only wonder just how soon we get to find out whether Seastrunk is capable of carrying the load himself.
