First potential deal of the day. Wonder who they gave up?

My educated guess -- Brandon Nimmo, Gavin Cecchini, maybe 1 more lesser prospect.

Nimmo + 2 low level prospects. I like it.

Not bad. Especially good insurance when Cespedes opts out and peaces after the year.

Nimmo had a foot injury earlier this year.

Apparently it's not Nimmo's medicals, so they're reworking the deal. I'd imagine they can get something done.

I feel like the Reds made out on this deal. Bruce is declining, take it for what you want, but his stats suggest that. He has started out poorly in New York, and without his random hot streak he really wouldn't be where he is today for the season.

This year been the best year of his career. Not sure how he's declining. He's always had a flucutating batting average. First few years he hit like .250-280, then a few years he hit around .220, and he's back to .260. And he started out slow for 2 games. He's got 2 HRs in 5 games with the Mets.
