Fonts are acting up..

Kay, I just want to see if anyone can help me here if they ever have had the same issue.
The other day, I added text, and it was only in caps, and I checked everything like Caps Lock all that, tried holding shift to do the opposite and make it lowercase, didn't work. Restarted PS, nothing worked. I restarted my computer, and it went back to normal for a little while but then went back to being gay. I restart my computer all the time now trying to fix it, and it never works.
Also, it makes the letters all bunched up and the spaces between works aren't nearly as wide.
If anyone knows whats up and how to fix it, let me know.

go to the character and paragraph palettes, the All Caps button must be turned on and somehow the tracking for each character must be changed from 0
