According to Ken Rosenthal at FOX Sports, the Red Sox are trying to determine what the trade interest is in LF Carl Crawford who recently came off the Disabled List.

Rosenthal speculates the Sox would be interested in Marlins' 3B/SS Hanley Ramirez.

Bob Nightengale of USA Today said the Marlins and Red Sox did discuss the parameters of a trade, however the talks were simply a concept and immediately died. Nightengale suggests the players involved in the short discussions were Hanley Ramirez and Heath Bell in exchange for Crawford.

So what do you guys think? Do you think anybody will bite for Crawford?

Lmao, Crawford is an untouchable contract right now. He has to first play this season, then show he is the player he once was before he can get traded. Even then that contract is a tough one to swallow for that money and that amount of years.
