Ben Roethlisberger wasn't happy when the Pittsburgh Steelers decided to part ways with Bruce Arians, his longtime offensive coordinator. Now he's still waiting to hear from Todd Haley, hired to call the offensive plays for the team next season.

"He still hasn't called yet," Roethlisberger told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review on Monday of Haley, who was hired by the Steelers on Feb. 9. According to the newspaper, Roethlisberger had a "discouraged" tone to his voice.

No big deal, they'll have plenty of time to talk during off season works outs and such

I think this is a big deal and will start to become a bigger rift as time progresses. A persons first impression of someone doesnt change all that much. I think they are going to clash and Ben is going to feel slighted by the organization.

Sounds to me like Haley realizes that Ben's ego is huge and is trying to show him that he won't cater to it. If this doesn't work out, it's Ben's fault. 100%. He was selfish enough to want to keep one the worst Offensive Coordinators in the NFL just because Arians would get pass heavy. Ben needs to grow up.
