I left out Kevin Martin cause he was hurt like all year. But yeah everyone you named will go on the list eventually.
IDK how I missed Lou Will though.

Kevin Martin played 39 games which is more than some of the people on the list.
 
Tbh I didn't even realize he was still averaging 20 until I just now looked. But yeah take Waiters off completely.
