Then Cavs because everyone is saying Bulls if healthy because they question D Rose, Cavs still have LeBron even if Love, Varejao, and Kyrie go down and that's good enough to finish in the top 4 in the East.
I'm not, he's better off in Cleveland.
Sure he gets to be the guy in Minnesota, but nobody wants to be the guy in Minnesota which is why Kevin Love wants out in the first place. And he's not close to ready to being the guy yet and he's better off learning how to behind LeBron and playing...
I play a better infield than Kelly Johnson. Drew will hit above .200, not starting the season on time and having spring training and all that is clearly hurting him right now but he's not this bad.
Kelly Johnson is that bad
Swapping Kelly Johnson for Stephen Drew is a win, Drew has more upside. The Prado pickup could be a solid one too.
Like what Cashman has done this year, hasn't brought in any major pieces but hasn't given up anything either and I still think we got better. An infield of Tex, Prado, Jeter...
They'll do it though. They've got like $90M in payroll guaranteed for next season, that leaves them with a ton of money to play around with. They've got a lot of holes to fill, but why not pay the guy who everybody in Boston loves and helped win you two World Series?
