Hope a change of scenery helps Hanley.

He's an exciting hitter when's on his game.
Marlins shoulda asked for Lee though but he's kind of an overrated prospect.

Did I do it right Mexi?

Hanley's isn't very good anymore. He's a cruddy fielder too.

If he ever gets back to the old Hanley at the dish, him and Kemp is going to be scary

Maybe a change of scenery is exactly what this guy needs. Like BC says if he returns to any type of form he had, him and Kemp are one helluva combo.

Good deal for dodgers. Is he gonna play SS till Dee Gordon gets back then move to 3B?

He has significantly regressed the past 4 years and is inadequate on the defensive side. Luckily now he gets to hit in front of Kemp and Ethier and that should help a lot.

He doesnt play hard at times. And hes a lot fatter than he used to be which I think has lead to a bit to his injuries. He will be better with the Dodgers but not what he once was.

he's going to be rejuvenated. just has to be
first time he's ever been in a pennant race. has a guy like kemp, how can you not play hard?

great stadium, atmosphere, great coaching staff

even if he continues to be recent Hanley, it's a vast upgrade from what he have and it's a good MLB player. Im guessing he's getting moved to LF or maybe even 1st next season if he doesn't give them reason to keep him at third

we got him for nothing though. Eovaldi is a future relief pitcher, #3 starter at best. and i dont even know who the other guy is

Left Field? That could be ugly. I hope he turns it around though but Dodger Stadium isn't exactly the best park for hitting.

not the best park for hitting, but it's not bad
great for gap hitters

the whole atmosphere is different though. even when DS isn't a full sellout, it's around 35k which is a Miami sellout

as for LF next year potentially, he's not going to be worse than Bobby Abreu lol. Bobby is so bad there

They're saying the Dodgers aren't done yet either, they said adding Dempster and Pence is still possible, even though it's a pipe dream.

I guess they could still get Dempster or Pence but I doubt they get both of them.

Sounds like they're close to getting Dempster, though.
