The Yankees were one of 17 teams with a presence in Colorado on Thursday night to watch Ubaldo Jimenez pitch.

New York has a better than average chance to land Jimenez, according to several talent evaluators. The Yankees have the top prospects needed to land him.

The Rockies started getting calls about Jimenez in mid-June.

I'm not sure I'd give up a top prospect for him.. His only great year was last year, and he's struggling a bit this year.
