SI Buzzy Skin: FIXED

Well, some members had issues with the skin last week, and now those issues seem to be affecting everyone that views the skin. Until I can figure out what is wrong and how to fix it, I am temporarily hiding that skin from the theme selector and making Black N Yellow the default skin. Hopefully I can have this skin back up by tomorrow afternoon.

I've fixed this skin. If you're still having trouble with it or notice something wrong (like a text color for example) let me know.  Otherwise it should work fine as it works fine for me.
