Jim Armstrong of the Denver Post suspects that the Rockies will try for free agent Michael Cuddyer.

The Rockies want to bring a little more consistency to left field, and Armstrong believes Cuddyer would fit that bill. The 32-year-old is sitting on a two-year, $16 million offer to return to the Twins. He batted .284/.346/.459 with 20 home runs and 70 RBI in 584 plate appearances this year.

Cuddyer would be a great pickup for the Rockies. That being said, do you guys think he'd want to head to Colorado? And how much money would it take to get him there? Makes a lot of sense, but what would you guys think of this possible deal?

Thoughts?
