Question concerning the Raptors

Well , I've been waiting for this draft since longtime but I don't really know all of theses players in details beside the best ones available ...

For the guys that know most of the players in the draft , could you guys tell me who's the best fit for the Raptors going ahead ?

Lot of people think Austin Rivers could be the pick.

Hmmm I've heard that Waiters is higher on their list but he's off the board at 8th, Rivers would be exciting. Seems like an awesome scorer with good handles but can he play PG?

Nah, he's more of a two guard. Has the handles to be a point, but doesn't really play like one.
