Sandoval tweeted: "I didn't weigh-in all winter. I just tried to get better, do my work." Insisted twice that Red Sox didn't ask him to lose weight.

Pete Abraham: Sandoval claimed he was not asked to lose weight. Dombrowski, Farrell, Lovello all on the record over time saying he was.
