Meyers Leonard................................................We're into the final week before the 2012 NBA Draft, and so far I'm keeping the top three unchanged in my mock. I did that last year, too, happily sticking with Enes Kanter at No. 3 -- from the very start -- even though it was not the popular call. This year, it's still looking like an Anthony Davis-Thomas Robinson-Bradley Beal start.
The change is at 4-5, a switch of Harrison Barnes to the Cavaliers now and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist to the Kings. There are other changes, most notably Andre Drummond to the Warriors (which could end up as a regrettable mock decision over Dion Waiters) and Moe Harkless all the way up to the Bucks at No. 12. Harkless also worked out for the Warriors, picking seventh, and is scheduled for a Monday audition with the Kings, either for No. 5 or a move down in a trade, so there is no question who is climbing several boards.
Jared Sullinger is riding the down escalator, not just because of concerns over his back. In truth, he was losing momentum even before reports broke over the medical red flags. If he drops from the lottery on Thursday -- which would have been impossible to believe at the end of Ohio State's season -- it won't be all about an injury issue.
The real development, though, is that the mock now expands to two rounds:
FIRST ROUND
1 New Orleans Hornets | Anthony Davis | C | Kentucky
Davis is nothing short of the perfect piece for the rebuilding: superstar-level talent, high energy, hard worker, excellent character. | Season highlights
2 Charlotte Bobcats | Thomas Robinson | PF | Kansas

If Robinson is off the board and the best chance to address a size need is gone, the Wizards fill another hole by adding a promising shooter. | Season highlights
