Underrated answer here, because everyone will say the Jaguars, but I'm gonna go with the Bears

I like what the Raiders have done. I think they clearly have the best OLine in the AFC on paper.

I know this is a corny answer but the Cowboys due to the recovery of Romo, Bryant, and the signing of Elliot.

I expect big things from Elliot behind that line. I mean cmon Mcfadden got 1000 yards rushing last year.

I don't think they'll be the most improved and I don't think they have a shot in hell to win their division, but if Jameis takes the next step I could see Tampa being really solid.

Jacksonville, by far. Added Prince Amukamura, Michael Bennett, Dante Fowler, Jalen Ramsey, and Myles Jack to their defense. Offense was already showing the ability to outscore opponents despite Bortles being sacked more than most. That O-Line gets it together and this team is going to be good for a long time.

The Titans. Watch them win 7 games maybe 8.

Hopefully. Like the way our offense is finding an identity. Think our defense (mainly secondary) has a lot of question marks.

definitely far from a finished product but as a Duck I can promise that if Marcus stays healthy he'll find a way to win more often than not.

Bears if all their pieces fit. Giants if the defense stays healthy.

Those are improved teams. I think there are teams that can become elite, like Minnesota and Pittsburgh, or in Seattle's case, return to elite status

Jaguars in terms of adding the most talent

Cowboys in terms of which team will have the best win turn around
