somewhere on ESPN, should be unanimous but it won't be.

You're kidding right?

A man named Kevin Durant seemed pretty deserving to me...

LeBron: 29.7 ppg on 50% shooting, 8.6 apg, 7.3 rpg, 1.64 spg, 1.01 bpg, team record 61-21
Durant: 30.1 ppg on 47% shooting, 2.8 apg, 7.6 rpg, 1.37 spg, 1.02 bpg, team record 50-32

the 6+ more assists and team record makes it not even a close race.

Did the award change? I thought it was most valuable player...

Not that he doesn't deserve it but put it this way: you think that if both players were taken off of their respective teams, the Thunder would be better off than the Cavs?

LeBron has been robbed of the MVP in past years because of the "team" effect, so he definitely deserves it more if he has been robbed because of that before.

And all I hear about is how LeBron has no help, so maybe the Thunder would be better..

I don't think the Cavs are any good without Lebron.

Twelve people voted against LeBron as MVP? Last time we had 12 people that dumb, they were delivering the OJ Trial verdict. about 3 hours ago via UberTwitter

What did they do with LeBron out of the lineup?

You guys underrate that team so much. They have a deep team minus LeBron. They're a playoff team without him.

Say something Dan...

It's a mentality that will be in everyone's mind regardless until we win a championship. Probably still after that.

I don't think they could win a championship without him, but they'd be like a 4-6 seed without him IMO.

I knew LeBron was getting it, I just feel that Durant was more deserving but its ok...

LeBron had a ridiculous season, especially with the assists... He deserves the award without a doubt.

But at the same time, I feel that Kevin Durant definitely played well enough with his team (23 -> 50 wins) to get some votes too.

A great gesture by King James having his teammates up there for the conference. I love humility shown by great players. Very good job by him to show that he needs his teammates and importance of the team.

Dwight Howard had 3 first place votes, all from people who live in Orlando, two of which work for the Magic. What a joke

I expected Lebron was going to get the MVP, but I thought it would be closer with the great year Kevin had :\.

Better luck next time KD.
