GM Rankings Survey

After the talk about GM rankings in the groupme today, I thought it might be fun to create a survey to give every member of the league a chance to voice their opinions. You have the choice to put your name on it t, but you don't have to if you don't want to. The rankings portion is grading every GM in the league on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being piss poor and 10 being great. I also added some optional bonus questions at the bottom asking about who is the best GM, worst GM, most underrated, and most overrated. So if you have some time and wanna ruffle some feathers take the survey and I'll do a writeup in a few days with the rankings and the results of the bonus questions.
