New York Post - The Giants may have interest in re-signing wide receiver Plaxico Burress.

Burress is currently serving a prison stint for gun possession.

The New York Post is reporting that Burress will be released in "two to three weeks," with his two-year sentence reduced for good behavior.

When Burress does become eligible to sign with an NFL club, Giants general manager Jerry Reese said, "We'll definitely investigate it."
