NFL.com - The Browns have agreed to terms with cornerback Joe Haden.

Haden's deal is worth $50 million over five years, with $26 million guaranteed, a league source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora.

He also will receive a $12 million signing bonus paid in 2010.
