We will be starting our 6th annual SI player rankings.

Don't be afraid to share your opinion, whether it's a popular one or not.  We will once again be going 10 spots deep at all 5 positions.

Please remember these two things, please vote on the polls and vote for the best player, don't be a homer.  Most of the polls will be open 24 hours, but if the first place vote getter gets 5 or more votes than the second vote getter than I will close the thread if I'm around.

Remember, this is based on who is currently the best player, not who has the potential to be the best.  Who would you take today?

Gotta be Wade here, I'd imagine.

Fairly steep drop off after that.

Def ceej

also if Beal is on this list, Avery Bradley should probably be the next player added. I'd still take Wade and probably Redick over him, but he should be within consideration of the 7-10 SG list

I'd actually argue it was a steep drop off after Demar. Wade is still a good player, shows up in big moments, but I'm not so sure he is better than guys like McCollum, etc. He's starting to get that Kobe lifetime achievement award.

I wouldn't say that he doesn't deserve to be in the top ten yet

Well yeah, if you take age into consideration.  In a vacuum, I'd take Wade over McCollum pretty easily.

Why would you ever be in a vacuum?

Oh I'm not saying that, he's definitely top 10. I'm just seeing I see this headed down that path.

I went with Wade as well, but I guess CJ wins it.
