Lets see.

Demarco Murray and Faulk are damn near the same.
Culpepper and Kaepernick were both small school guys, big guys, nice arm, mobile.
Akili Smith and Newton are similar. Attitude problems, not alot of college starts, limited playbook.
most of them make sense.

If you go by each and say "Hes 6'4, and comparing him to so and so" then no, it wont make sense. If you think of how they're ranked in the draft and shit, yes.. it'll make sense.

In 1999. Holt was considered the "Finished" WR. David Boston was considered the Athletic Freak (Jones proved he was better in the combine).. Etc.

Kerney and Kerrigan are the same basically, Peterson is considered a shutdown CB. Much like Bailey is. Lockers upside is McNabb. Winfield and Brandon Harris are the same size and have the same playing style, Price and Smith are really similar.

Akili Smith and all those kind of comparisons are just a given that they would happen to Cam. It's just what people fear his ultimate talent basement will be.

I know this. The comparisons came from the 1999 class coming out. Not how they preformed in the NFL.
