He played 4-3 DE for a year or 2 in Miami before they made the switch to 3-4.

Also he played 4-3 DE at Iowa.

Miami cut him because he wasn't, no pun intended, cutting it in their system.

You do know they was in the 3-4 when they cut him.. correct?

So for him to not "cut it" in their system.. means he was better in the 4-3 than 3-4.

Well then something else must have been the problem, because he was the Browns best linebacker in 2009.

He can play both systems well.

He just wasn't apart of their plans. Cameron Wake came in and took snaps and shit away from Matt Roth. Matt Roth was drafted under a different GM, and different Head Coach.. they could of just not been inlove with him.
