I know he's not a bad player but I have never watched Marcus Mariota and come away impressed. Not at the NFL level, anyway.

Slow reads, inaccurate throws, uncomfortable in the pocket, holds the ball too long... I mean, he’s basically EJ Manuel. He shouldn’t be regressing so much but hell, we’ve seen this before. Vince Young was much better suited to play in the NFL and even he was nothing more than a flash in the pan.BwareDWare94 said:
The excuse can’t be he plays on a bad team either. The QB makes the offense, not supposed to be the other way around. They gave him more weapons this offseason and I don’t think he’s accurate throwing to them when they’re wide open.
