WWE has big plans for the Universal Championship moving ahead. It looks like they have realized that putting the title on Brock Lesnar was a wrong decision. WWE RAW suffered a huge ratings decline while its main championship was away with The Beast Incarnate.
 
Brock  Lesnar is set to defend his title against Samoa Joe at the Great Balls Of Fire pay-per-view in 2 weeks. Joe won the Fatal-5-Way match at Extreme Rules to claim a shot at the title. It is likely that The Beast is set to retain his title against The Destroyer as this will only be his first title defense after winning it from Goldberg at WrestleMania 33.
 
WWE had planned to make Lesnar lose it next year at WrestleMania 34 to Roman Reigns, but plans have changed as Lesnar doesn’t want to renew his contract which is ending next year. It seems the match is planned for Summerslam. Reigns announced that he will face the winner of Joe vs. Lesnar for the Universal Championship at Summerslam.
 
 
WWE is planning on making The Big Dog win his 1st ever Universal Championship at Summerslam. Chances of this happening are high as WWE wants a champion who can appear on RAW every week. This will help RAW to gain higher ratings and will also boost The Big Dog’s push.

Paige & Alberto El Patron Broken Up

Alberto El Patron and Paige broke up Saturday night. The couple was vacationing in Orlando and had a blowup that resulted in Alberto calling off their relationship. According to a source close to both of them who was present when it all went down, most of Alberto’s friends and family are glad he pulled the plug.
 
Alberto and Paige are notorious for their volatility, having made headlines several times for their over-the-top displays of public affection, Ninja Turtle attacks, rants about President Donald Trump and more.

hey’ve been dating on and off for the past year and were engaged last October – during a wrestling show – when Paige got down on one knee and proposed to Alberto inside the ring (Video).
Paige is on hiatus from WWE while recovering from neck surgery. She’s back training, although there’s no timetable for her return.
 
Alberto El Patron is scheduled to compete in the main event of Impact Wrestling’s upcoming Slammiversary XV pay-per-view on Sunday, July 2nd. He’ll defend the Global Force heavyweight championship against Impact Wrestling champion Bobby Lashley in a title unification match.
 
Just hours before the incident, both were posting romantic photos & messages on Instagram.
