I made a post in the AJ Mcarron thread about Peyton crying about the Patriots DB's style of play back in the early 00's, which essentially persuaded the competition committee to force referees to prioritize Illegal Contact penalties. This got me thinking about Ty Law, as he was the main culprit in the ownage of Peyton Manning, and I was wondering if his résumé warrants HOF consideration.
5x pro bowler
2x all pro
3x super bowl champion
Led the league in INTs twice
Tied for 15th all time in interceptions with 53 (tied with Deion Sanders)
Tied for 5th all time in INTs returned for TDs with 7.
And as mentioned before, helped change the way the game was officiated, which ultimately shifted the balance of power to the offensive side of the ball in the NFL for the past decade.
